Are all features included in every plan?
Yes! Skills Intelligence, Mentorship, Growth Tracks, and Internal Mobility are included in all paid plans. HRIS and SSO are included in Growth and Enterprise, or available as add-ons for Starter teams.
How does per-seat pricing work?
You pay per active user with no seat maximums. Each plan has a minimum contract value: Starter from €4 000/year, Growth from €15 000/year. Add seats anytime—they're prorated to your billing cycle with quarterly true-ups.
Can I upgrade plans as we grow?
Absolutely. Upgrade anytime and we'll prorate the difference. Your per-seat rate improves as you scale to higher tiers. Downgrades take effect at renewal.
What are the HRIS and SSO add-on prices for Starter?
HRIS Integration (with analytics): €3 500/year. SSO/SCIM: €1 500/year. Both are included in Growth and Enterprise plans.
