User: An individual who registers or uses the Services.
Volunteer: An individual providing advisory or volunteer services through our platform.
User Organization: An organization that contracts with Helpwan to provide Services to its employees or affiliates.

Helpwan provides a platform that connects Users seeking advice or assistance with Volunteers from various organizations. We aim to create a safe, supportive environment for advisory sessions.
4. Account Registration
Users must create an account to access certain features of the platform. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Update your account details if they change.
Be responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
If your access is provided by a User Organization, the organization may provide us with information about you, such as your email and employment details.
5. Payment and Usage-Based Pricing
Helpwan operates on a usage-based pricing model:
Payment Methods: Payments for sessions are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We accept major credit cards.
Billing Cycle: Charges are applied based on the number of completed volunteer sessions within a billing cycle.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or defamatory.
Engage in any activity that could interfere with or disrupt the Services.

Helpwan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helpwan’s liability is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
